Move With Grace: Elevate Pilates

A challenging Intermediate+ Mat Pilates experience designed to strengthen, sculpt, and progress your practice. Expect longer challenging sequences, advanced movements, deep core work, and full body burn - often using small equipment to intensify. Session ends with a dedicated deep Yoga stretch and reset, leaving you feeling worked, lengthened, and rebalanced.

A session designed for those who want intensity, control, and progression, and are already confident in core Pilates technique and movement patterns. (Basic mobility required)

Move With Grace: Move Pilates

A mixed-ability Mat Pilates experience that combines strength, control, and mobility, with the signature burn. Expect deep core work, full-body sculpting, and feel-good movement with shorter yet strong flows, with more built-in rest.

Suitable for a wide range of experience levels while still providing a dynamic and challenging session. Modification options will be offered throughout to allow for progression or adaptation as required

Move With Grace: Peak Conditioning

A dynamic & high-energy full body cardio strength training experience designed to progress and elevate your overall fitness. Through energised resistance training with varied weekly programming, every session is designed to challenge you and keep you improving.

Expect to work hard and be pushed, while still working at the right level for you with tailored options throughout. Coaching is direct and detail-driven, with a strong emphasis on correct form, body control and movement quality

Movement has always been my thing...


Growing up, I was always active—whether that was hockey, netball, athletics, dance, swimming or simply finding new ways to move and challenge myself.


After graduating from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Performing & Visual Arts, I travelled the world before turning my passion for fitness into a career. Since then, I've gained qualifications in Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Pre & Postnatal Fitness and more, always believing that learning never stops!


One of the most exciting chapters of my career took me to the Maldives, where I spent seven years working in luxury resorts, training everyone from professional athletes to celebrities and royalty, while managing wellness and recreation facilities.


For the past four years, I've been back home in Wiltshire, helping people build strength, mobility and consistency through Pilates, Yoga, Strength and Cardio training, alongside nutrition and lifestyle coaching.


Now, through Move With Grace, I'm bringing together everything I've learned, and my approach is simple: you don't need complicated workouts, lots of equipment or endless hours in the gym to get results. You need more quality movement, mind muscle connection, control, precision and consistency....and someone who knows when to encourage you and when to hand you the heavier dumbbell!
